• Humanity Heroes Foundation is a IRC § 501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit corporation and is subject to various legal requirements in awarding donations. All donations will be made in accordance with the Donation Guidelines of the Humanity Heroes Foundation and applicable law.
• Additional information and documentation may be required (1) in order to qualify for a donation, and/or (2) after a donation is made, to confirm that the donation funds were used for the intended purposes (e.g., receipts). The Humanity Heroes Foundation will determine in its sole discretion whether the documentation provided is sufficient.
• Humanity Heroes Foundation seeks to support individuals who are eligible for assistance under the Humanity Heroes Donation Guidelines. However, eligibility for a donation does not guarantee that a donation will be awarded. All donations will be made by the Humanity Heroes Foundation at its sole discretion.
